IDC Prep Academy was founded by a team of experienced PADI Course Directors who share a common mission: helping Divemasters arrive at their Instructor Development Course prepared, confident, and ready to succeed.
Collectively, our team has trained hundreds of dive professionals and earned multiple PADI Frequent Trainer Awards, including numerous Platinum Course Director recognitions. Throughout our careers, we’ve seen firsthand that the students who invest time in preparation before their IDC consistently perform better, feel more confident, and enjoy the experience far more.
